“Learning to Embrace Your Strengths”

Ideation. Strategic. Learner. Positivity. Leader.

These are my top five strengths according to Strengthsfinder 2.0, by Tom Rath (https://www.gallup.com/cliftonstrengths/en/252137/home.aspx). The purpose of  Strengthsfinder is to take an assessment of yourself and use those results to maximize your potential. It helps to uncover the real you, discover what you naturally do best and provide insights into how you can develop your greatest talents into strengths.

So who are you? What are you good at? What should you be doing in your career? What personal passions do you have that need to be unlocked?

So many of us struggle with who we really are. Most of us have an idea, but we don’t have any data or science behind why we believe we are good at something. Often times we find out based on the results of us accomplishing a task, and those tasks are usually something that we are familiar with. But what about those tasks we don’t know how to do? What about those dreams we have, but are scared to act on?

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”

— Steve Jobs.

There’s a fine line between cocky and confident. And embracing your strengths is about leaning in to you who you are, which builds up your self-confidence to conquer the world.

Who are you?
